Ready-to-Wear returns
For clients in the Netherlands
Enjoy the convenience of trying on your Ready-to-Wear purchases at home with a straightforward return and exchange process. You can return items for a refund, wallet credit, or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • The return shipping time is not included in this period.
  • Return shipping is free if initiated within 14 days of receipt.
  • Your delivery label can be reused as a return label as well.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in the condition you received them – new, unworn, and with all original Atelier Munro tags attached.
  • Packaging elements such as branded boxes, dust bags, hang tags, and cards are part of the product and must be included in the return.
  • Shoes should only be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent damage until you’re certain you’ll keep them.
  • Combine all items you wish to return in a single shipment for faster processing.
  • Atelier Munro has the right to refuse returns in case large quantities are ordered and subsequently returned in bulk.

Important:
We reserve the right to reject returns if items show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Refunds or exchanges may be reduced or denied for unacceptable returns, which may also be sent back at the client's expense.
For clients outside the Netherlands
Experience a simple return and exchange process, allowing you to return items for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the client.
  • Return labels can be purchased at competitive rates, and you can choose a drop-off or pick-up option.

  • Items must be returned in the condition you received them – new, unworn, and with all original Atelier Munro tags attached.

Return process Ready-to-Wear
For clients in the Netherlands:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You’ll receive a notification once the returned item is being processed in our warehouse (5–7 days after receipt).
  • Use tracking details to confirm delivery of your return.
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the items.

Steps to return:

  • Request a return through your Private Store account. Navigate to the “My Items” section, find the item, and click on the return button.
  • Your delivery label can be reused as a return label as well and securely repack the item(s) in the original condition.
  • Drop off the package or schedule a pick-up with the shipping provider.

For clients outside the Netherlands:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the client.
  • You’ll receive a notification when the return is being processed in our warehouse (5–7 days after receipt).
  • Use tracking details to confirm the delivery of your return.

Steps to return:

  • Request a return through your Private Store account by selecting the item under “My Items” and clicking the return button.
  • Prepare your package by including the item(s) and packing slip. Ship the parcel via a local service that offers tracking details.

Disclaimer:
Clients are responsible for the return shipment. If the package is not received at our distribution center, we cannot process a refund or exchange. For parcels taking over 30 days to arrive, refunds may be issued as wallet credit.
