Shipping and delivery

  • Ready-to-Wear orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.
  • Made-to-Measure orders are dispatched from the shop where you have been measured and placed your order.
  • You can access Track & Trace shipping for Ready-to-Wear items in your Private Store.
  • Track & Trace is not available for Made-to-Measure items. The Style Advisor from your store will reach out for fitting, pick-up, or delivery.

For Ready-to-Wear only: once your package is handed over to the shipping company, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. By following the link in the email, you can check the progress of your order and view the estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking details may take several hours to activate after being provided by the shipping company.
Important information:

  • Once an order is placed, changes to the address or cancellations/modifications are not possible due to our automated processing system. If there is an error in your address, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday only.

Delivery cost
Delivery costs for Ready-to-Wear items are calculated based on your delivery address. If applicable, these will be calculated during the checkout.
Taxes and duties
EU orders:
Since all Ready-to-Wear orders are shipped from the Netherlands (within the EU), no import duties or customs fees will be applied to orders delivered within EU countries.
Non-EU orders:
For orders outside the EU, your government may impose taxes, import duties or customs fees. These charges are the clients’ responsibility and are not covered by Atelier Munro or included in the total at checkout. Fees, if applicable, must be paid upon delivery. For specific details on duties and taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Note: The client is expected to respond to customs inquiries regarding any applicable import duties or customs fees within the specified timeframe by customs. If no response is received within this period, the order will be returned to the sender, and the client will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
